DAVE GRAHAM - WEB MANAGER

Dave was a Science/Mathematics/IT teacher for over 30 years in Brisbane High Schools. He concluded that career trialling Mathematics and Physics in Education Queensland’s excellent Virtual Schooling Service, teaching online students in real time, all over the state.

He retired in 2004 but continues a long-term voluntary commitment to the environment via web site maintenance for conservation groups and issues.

He and his wife Jan are honorary lifetime members of The Australian Marine Conservation Society. Dave is an ex President and has been a Management Committee member over the past 37 years. He has constructed and managed many websites including the highly successful Save Ningaloo website.

Dave believes that we (Homo sapiens) must learn to operate sustainably and that loss of bio-diversity is very serious stuff. Cane toads, outside their natural habitat, threaten bio-diversity on a scale and in ways that is crystal clear to even a casual observer.
